TAIWAN!!!!

Hello!!!! Here i am in a cyber centre in I-Shou University taiwan!!!! I cannot believe i am already here!!!! :D And there are lots of lots of good food here!!! This is unbelievable, and the people here are so friendly. I have a roommate from Hoabinh and she is a very nice person. At first, i may have a little cultural shock because their way of living is completely different from us Malaysians, but i always tell myself to think positively.. :) Anyways, another thing that shock me is that al,ost all of the students from Taiwan and China praise me and the other student councillors for our "fluent chinese" (that's what they say) i mean their chinese is way way better than us and when they praise us, i am not flattered at all. oh well, will upload many many pictures after i reach home.. tata for now.

Dear JoHn,

Dear John,

Two weeks together, that’s all it took. Two weeks for me to fall in love with you. Now we have one year apart. But what’s one year apart after two weeks like that together? You made me a promise. A promise I know you’ll keep. So I only want one more promise from you during this time we spend apart. Tell me everything. Write it all down, John. Scribble it in a notebook.Type it out, email it to me. I don’t care, but I wanna know everything. And that way we’ll be together all the time even if we’re not with each other at all. That way before we know it, I’ll see you soon, then.

Happenings

Here i am again after missing in action for so many days (or should i say, weeks? ) :) Anyways, lots of lots of things happen during the time i wasn't blogging. Hmmm.... where should i start??

Okay, lets start with this: The main reason for not blogging for soooooo long.
There's a problem with my broadband. And the day before that, something interesting happened to me.

It all started one lovely day in school...........
I was standing outside the computer lab 2 waiting for Audrey to collect money from the seniors for the IS Night tickets when i saw my Chemistry Lecturer, Madam Emily (I prefer to call her Mother Theresa for some reason) going up the stairs. The moment she saw me, she said " Kelly, i want to see you later in my office." I was like, okayyyy...what did i do??? Mother Theresa was the Head of A-Level Science Department and so far i know that most of the students were asked to see her for one reason : Exam results. And another fact that you should know is that i failed my Chemistry exam. Honestly speaking, this is the first time in my life that i have been called by a teacher to his/her office and i was like so nervous.

Then...i went into the class and there she was, getting ready for chemistry lecture. When she began to talk i expected that the first few words coming out of her mouth were "okay, class settle down......" but no, it went like this:

"okay, there is a few students that i want to see later. Kelly Wong you have to see me later and uhm..... who else.... oh, Camron, David and Francine. There's a problem with your attendance. I want to know why you skipped so many class...."

At that moment, i was totally speechless. And one thing that i observed was that  a lot of eyes were on me.. I know they were thinking of the same thing : I didn't know that Kelly skipped classes. I always see her in lectures and tutorials." Yup, you guys are right. I didn't skip any classes (although i wanted to especially for Maths ans Chemistry) but i didn't. Then why the hell was my name called?

I went to see Mother Theresa right after the bell rang, indicating the start of second break. After i went in and took my seat, i said to her that i had not skipped any single class before and she told me that according to the record i had been skipping a lot of classes for Biology and Physics. I was like, "What the hell? Biology and Physics are two of my favourite subjects and now you are telling me that i skipped a lot of those classes?? "

And then, my hero arrived and saved his damsel in distress (me).  my heroine came and saved her student in distress (although i do wish that it was a "he" rather than a "she" coz it sounded nicer :D) My physics tutorial lecturer, Ms. Tang came in with a thumbdrive in her hand and she told Mother Theresa that she always see me in tutorials and lectures. Then she double checked with the data in her thumbdrive.

Mother Theresa: Oh, yea. Your attendance is very good. Okay okay, delete her from the list, her attendance is very nice.

That's all. End of story. Full Stop. Without an apologise for humiliating me in front of all the A-Level Science students. So much for calling her Mother Theresa. But never mind. At least it was settled. And i live happily ever after.... NOT. Im gonna continue tomorrow as it's like a never ending story. Ciao! :)

Breakfast

Experts and nutritionists say that among all three main meals we have everyday, breakfast is the most important one and i myself could not have agreed more on that. Breakfast acts as an energy booster of the day after a night's sleep, so it's really important for one to have breakfast in the morning. Speaking of which, for all these years there are only one main food that i usually have for my breakfast: Bread. Bread is delicious. Bread is healthy. Bread is rich in nutritions. Bread lasts longer in your body. Bread for breakfast is easy to prepare. Yes, of course in overall bread is a very good food for breakfast. But what happens is that bread everyday? Nonononono... I can't eat bread for breakfast everyday. My mouth and my stomach will be bored to death. They're like, "What? Bread again?" But, i couldn't help it. Every morning when i wake up, i have to race with time so i can leave the house on time and walk out to take the shuttle bus. So, basically, my breakfasts have been BORING, except for a few days when i actually cooked instant noodles but as time passed by the noodles seem to taste the same as bread. UNTIL......

My mum came and brought something new, something expensive and something i won't even buy it if i have to use my own money.......

Ra-Men!!! |

This is damn nice!!

This is like the best breakfast that i have had this month. Even my tummy agrees with me!! Love ya, Mum and thanks a lot!! |

Live to Eat!

The only thing (apart from friends and family) that can make me happy is FOOD! I think i'll be the first one who disagree that we should Eat to Live and not Live to Eat. I mean, God has given us a good life with different variety of food and we should give thanks to Him by devouring them, am i right? Anyways, yesterday and today i got a chance to enjoy God's wonderful gifts that not only make my stomach full, but also activate my tastebuds. Yesterday i went to a restaurant below Hyatt Hotel with a few of my friends, Abigail, Tryphena, and Emery after shopping for drama presentation stuff in Segama. And when i went in, the only thing that caught my eye (and breath) is the ice-cream for sale. According to the waiter, the ice-cream is home made and it cost RM6.50 per scoop. There were 10 different flavours, Chocolate, Chocolate with Cinnamon, Pandan, Mango, Vanilla, Vanilla with Cookies, Tiramisu, Coffee, Raspberry and Strawberry. (I remembered them!) The waiter is kind enough to let us have a try on some of the flavours before purchasing. Abugail chose coffee, i chose raspberry, and Tryphena chose Mango. All the three flavours tasted so heavenly that i promised myself it's gonna be my first stop the next time i go to town and the next thing im gonna try is the soft-centered chocolate cake. *Saliva drippin* |

Today, i went to centre point with Margaret to do some backdrop shopping and we bought ice-creams from a stall. It wasn't as nice as the one i tried yesterday but it's still nice.. | After shopping, i went to another stall called Tuah Baker and gawd, the bread was damn nice! After that, both of us were deeply attracted by the rojak stall next to it and before we even knew, we were already taking out cash from our wallets and buying one packet of rojak each! It tasted so good! Oh, how can i survive a live without chocolate and good food?? ||

So that's how it feels...

Today, i realized that in my life, this is the first time i use this word to describe my feelings. Disappointed. I mean the real disappointment, not the one we usually say when we heard that someone we like has a girlfriend or boyfriend or when your friend did something bad to you. To be honest, in my life, it can be said that i am able to get what i want. I lead an almost perfect life. Here, i've got friends, i got a post in the student council, i have a good social life and basically, i have almost everything i want. But, to experience not having the thing i want today really makes me understand what is real disappointment. I just don't understand, i did well in my JPA interview and yet, i didn't get it. At least i manage to impress one of the guys who interview me. But when i saw the results, i felt empty. Empty as in i don't know what am i thinking at that moment. I felt that the world has just stopped spinning at that particular time. I was like, "What? Are you kidding me?" I told my friends that JPA is not that important to me and i wished i won't get it. But let me tell you, if i don't want something, i won't give a shit about it and i won't fly back to Sandakan just to attend the interview. Because deep down, i knew i wanted it. I wanted to help my parents out in the financial issue. I don't want my pursue of education to be a big burden for them. But now i have no choice but to find other universities which are able to let me study my foundations with a reasonable price. hhmmmppphh...Why does life have to be like that?

You will get your punishment one day, BITCHES!!!

I just saw a video clip in Facebook and its about a girl being bullied by a bunch of girls, no, i should refer them as society trash in a school, SMK Raja Abdullah, Kuala Lumpur. When i saw it, i feel so sad. I didn't even finish watching the whole video. I couldn't bear it. How could anyone do such a cruel thing? Hitting, pulling and cutting the poor girl's hair? Come on, where is your morality, bitches? You guys might as well go to jail and i believe no one will feel sorry for you guys. And trust me, you will get your punishment one day. I just wonder, haven't your parents teach you anything? And where are your hearts, dear bitches? Eaten by the devil i guess. How could anyone possibly continue to bully that girl after hearing her cries and begs?? Even i myself muted the sound when i watch that video and i didn't even  finish watching it. And you are under 18 years old too. What can we expect you to do when you're 18? Kill families and chopping them into pieces?? God knows... What happen to young people nowadays? And i wonder how would their parents feel after they know that their daughter is such a cruel and evil person?
