Breakfast
Experts and nutritionists say that among all three main meals we have everyday, breakfast is the most important one and i myself could not have agreed more on that. Breakfast acts as an energy booster of the day after a night's sleep, so it's really important for one to have breakfast in the morning. Speaking of which, for all these years there are only one main food that i usually have for my breakfast: Bread. Bread is delicious. Bread is healthy. Bread is rich in nutritions. Bread lasts longer in your body. Bread for breakfast is easy to prepare. Yes, of course in overall bread is a very good food for breakfast. But what happens is that bread everyday? Nonononono... I can't eat bread for breakfast everyday. My mouth and my stomach will be bored to death. They're like, "What? Bread again?" But, i couldn't help it. Every morning when i wake up, i have to race with time so i can leave the house on time and walk out to take the shuttle bus. So, basically, my breakfasts have been BORING, except for a few days when i actually cooked instant noodles but as time passed by the noodles seem to taste the same as bread. UNTIL......
My mum came and brought something new, something expensive and something i won't even buy it if i have to use my own money.......

This is like the best breakfast that i have had this month. Even my tummy agrees with me!! Love ya, Mum and thanks a lot!! |
